About monro.info
This is an independent review project covering one online casino platform. We are not the operator: we take no bets, hold no balances and cannot release a payment. What we do is open real accounts, fund them with our own money, time the cashier, and write down what happened. This page explains who is behind that, how the project is financed, and which claims about the platform can actually be verified.
What we publish and how
Every guide on the site starts from a session rather than from a press kit. A payment route is described only after it has been used with the clock running: deposit sent, deposit credited, withdrawal requested, cashier review closed, money on the account. A bonus is described only after its terms have been read in full and the arithmetic recalculated — an offer of 100 per cent up to EUR 300 with x40 wagering means EUR 4,000 of turnover on a EUR 100 bonus, and that number belongs in the text next to the headline figure, not three clicks away. Where a fact cannot be checked first-hand, the sentence says so.
Who writes it
The site is written and edited by Artjoms Liepins, an online casino analyst based in Riga with nine years in the industry. He keeps a cashier timing log, works in Russian and Latvian as well as English, and specialises in the three areas where players actually lose money to process rather than to variance: the cashier, KYC, and bonus terms. How the project is funded
Affiliate commission from the operator, paid on tracked links inside the action buttons, is the only revenue. There is no display advertising, no paid placement and no data sale. The commission comes out of a marketing budget and has no effect on the conditions a reader receives — the EUR 20 minimum deposit, the x40 wagering and the EUR 5,000 daily withdrawal ceiling are identical whether you arrive through our link or type the address by hand. The licence, stated plainly
The platform is licensed offshore in Curaçao. The licence number sits in the footer of the operator site and can be checked against the regulator’s public register, which shows whether it is current and which domains it covers. It is not a Latvian licence and it should not be read as one. Gambling inside Latvia is regulated by the inspectorate IAUI, which maintains a register of licensed operators, a public list of blocked domains and a state self-exclusion register. Monro is absent from that register, which means a Latvian regulator will not take up a dispute with it. That is the single largest risk on this platform, and we state it on every page where it is relevant rather than only where it is convenient.
Fair play: what is actually certified
Slot outcomes are produced by a random number generator, and RNG titles in a licensed catalogue are certified by independent testing laboratories. Two figures follow from that and both live inside each game rather than in a review: RTP, the theoretical long-run return, and volatility, which describes how that return is distributed — rare large hits against frequent small ones. Editorial policy
The operator never sees a draft, cannot commission a topic and cannot have criticism removed.
